Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident stepping onto Staje. If for any reason it’s not quite right, you can request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

How it works

  • Refund requests must be made within 90 days of delivery
  • To start a return, please contact us first and our team will guide you through the next steps
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs aren’t refundable

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch and we’ll take care of it. To request a return or refund, contact us at geton@staje.co with your order number.

A note on subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future deliveries only. Refunds for orders already delivered are handled under this Returns & Refunds policy.
